A Visit to a
Restaurant
It
was very hot that day in August, 2011 but all
of us were very excited. Our nana was
taking us to a family dinner at Lasania. Lasania restaurant is very hot these
days, and the food there is amazing. So we were very glad. We got ready with
our finest dresses. We also charged our camera to click photos of the occasion.
Finally
we reached Lasania. The atmosphere inside was very cool and pleasant. In spite
of scorching heat outside, the dinning hall was almost chilly due to the
presence of giant size ACs.The elegantly furnished hall was beautifully lit with
adequate lighting. Our youngest aunt
Lala, bilal mamu and their naughty son Moosa was also invited. They soon joined
us.
First
of all, we ordered Lasania specialty, “Thai soup” and then the main course. We
all like local as well as international cuisines so we ordered both Pakistani as well as Chinese. Our Nani
ordered mutton handi , another Lasania specialty, while my baba ordered his
favorite fish. My lala ordered Manchurian and mom went for fried rice and Bilal
mamu ordered Gola kabab. My father asked
for roghni roti and nana asked for his
all time favorite kheer. We kids were settled for ice-cream. Salads, Raita, cold
drinks and mineral water accompanied the main course. All the dishes were very tasty.
All of us enjoyed the meal and family get together. We returned home carrying meetha
pan in a very delightful mood.
